The Children’s Miracle Network

Miracle History

Since 1983 the Children’s Miracle Network® has been dedicated to supporting children’s hospitals across North America. It started as a televised fundraiser and has grown into a North American-wide program that supports 170 (The Cause, 2020) hospitals. The Children’s Miracle Network® raises funds and awareness for 14 (The Cause, 2020) Canadian hospitals.

Canada’s Children’s Hospital Foundations® (CCHF) formed in 2017 as a coalition between 13-member hospital foundations across Canada (The Cause, 2020). CCHF manages the Children’s Miracle Network® portfolio in Canada and has raised over $141,000,000 (The Cause, 2020) for Canadian children’s hospitals. Raising funds through partner campaigns and program campaigns. RE/MAX® is proud to be a partner with the Children’s Miracle Network®, raising money to support an amazing cause.

Miracle Agent

The Children’s Miracle Network® and RE/MAX® have been partnered for over 25 years. RE/MAX® has raised over $79,000,000 since joining in 1992 (Our Partners/ REMAX Canada, 2020). Through various fundraising efforts and the Miracle Home Program (agents donate a portion of each home sale to the Children’s Miracle Network®) RE/MAX® helped raise over $4,500,000 in 2019, with over 10,000 agents participating as Miracle Agents (Our Partners/ REMAX Canada, 2020). During the year RE/MAX® agents also participate in several fundraising events including golf tournaments, casino nights, family fun days, and more.

Supporting the community is entwined in my spirit, I believe in helping those in need. As a RE/MAX® Miracle Agent, I can support such a worthy cause not only with every house I sell but also by participating in fundraising events. A portion of my commission of every house sale goes towards this wonderful cause. RE/MAX® Landan Real Estate has continuously raised over $23,000 for the past six years. I am so proud and thankful to work alongside such an amazing group of REALTORs®.
